Volume 3 - 6 Week Intermediate to Advanced Strength Training
Volume 3 is the next progression in the series, built to layer on top of the strength, movement quality, and athletic foundations developed in Volumes 1 and 2.
This phase introduces new exercises, new planes of motion, and more complex patterns to keep training effective, engaging, and progressive, without repeating movements from previous volumes. While it builds naturally off the first two programs, you do not need to complete Volumes 1 or 2 to be successful here. You can jump in where it makes sense for you.
Volume 3 is designed for lifters who want to train hard and intelligently. Expect a balance of heavy compound lifts, intentional unilateral work, athletic conditioning, and mobility that actually supports performance. Every workout is structured to be efficient, purposeful, and completed in under an hour.
The goal is not just to get stronger, but to move better, build resilience, and train in a way that feels sustainable long term. This program challenges you physically while respecting recovery, joint health, and real life.
If you want programming that is thoughtful, effective, and actually makes sense, this is it.
