Hi! I’m so glad you’re here

My name is Kaylee Geiser and I’ve been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist since 2016. Over the years I’ve taught group fitness in both boutique and corporate studios, worked with personal training clients, and built programs for people at every level.

My mission is simple: to make fitness easier to understand and easier to fit into your life. I use smart, evidence-based training to deliver the most effective results so you know the work you’re putting in actually matters.

I believe fitness should be accessible, both financially and physically. My goal is to help you train smarter, move through a full range of motion, and build confidence in how you move. I want you to feel stronger, healthier, and confident in how you move.
