What equipment do I need?
Each program lists necessary equipment in the description. The e-book will also house all equipment needed on the first page.

What if I don't know how to do an exercise?
No problem at all! Shoot me an email at kayleengeiser@gmail.com or send me an Instagram DM and I’ll share a video clarifying form.

What do I do once I finish the 6-week program?
First, celebrate! That’s a huge accomplishment. After finishing a program, I recommend a deload week prior to starting a new program so your body has a chance to rest, reset and get ready for the next challenge.

Is the DB only workout for beginners?
Truly it’s for everyone. I love having programs like this for people who are getting into fitness for the first time, getting back to it after some time off, maybe post injury, or if you travel a lot and need something easy to do in a hotel gym. It’s as hard as you make it, dumbbells definitely don’t mean easy.

What if I don't have all of the equipment needed in the intermediate to advanced programs?
No problem! The great thing about these workouts is they are scaleable and flexible. Shoot me an email or DM on Instagram and I can help teach you how to make swaps!

What if I can't follow the template perfectly for 6 weeks?
It’s no problem at all, don’t sweat it. Do what you can and change up what you need to so this works for you! If you take off a week for vacation/sickness/life, that’s all good. You can pick up where you left, or start over. Whatever works best for you
